      Hello, the Detection (IsInstalled) and Applicability (Is Installable) Rules can be found in the Patch My PC Publishing Service application under: "Advanced" tab -> Modify Published Updates -> "Run Wizard" button -> "Sow Applicability Rules" button.

      We see the value in this idea, and this has been on our radar internally for a while now! I expect we will get a good number of up-votes from other customers on this idea. We want to get this future added, but it will probably be a matter of what priority it happens in against other feature requests.
