This App is used by our Help Desk to verify if drivers need to be updated on workstations when end users call in about sound or network issues or if the end user damages their workstation they can easily determine if the laptop is under warranty to see if they can submit a warranty request. This product would benefit any users that use HP workstations.
The HP Support Assistant installer does not include an Add/Remove Programs (ARP) entry in the registry. This non-standard installer prevents our current detection methods from working properly and we are unable to support products that require file version detection at this time.

We recognize that not every application supported by Scappman is currently included in the Patch My PC catalog. Our team is actively reviewing the complete list of applications and, with feedback from all our customers, and will prioritize adding those that deliver the greatest value and serve the broadest customer needs.
That said, there are still some limitations—previously mentioned—that may prevent us from adding certain apps right away.
In the meantime, our Custom Apps feature allows you to leverage PSADT and custom detection scripts to add applications that are supported by Scappman, even if they aren't currently supported by Patch My PC due to current backend limitations.

are changing from scappman to patchmypc, but there is no hp support assistant....

We have the app deployed via Scappman and help extending support to our users, now we have to transfer to PMPC it's one of the apps we're missing. So please reconsider to migrate this appp from Scappman to PMPC.
