As of Revu 20, MSP files will no longer be used for patching existing installations of Revu. Each new update can now be applied by pushing out a smaller MSI file. However, you’ll still be able to update older versions of Revu (2016-2019) with the MSP files.
Thanks again Andrew for looking into this again. Obviously the best route would be the MSP based on overall-size of the patch. However given than Bluebeam is unable to or unwilling to change the scheme for patching this might be the best option available. Thanks again.
Any chance we can revisit this? Bluebeam has released version 2019 and I know when we last reached out to them they said no changes would be made to the 2017 or 2018 installation media.
At least if we revisit we want confirm if the MSPs have been updated to correct the incompatibility issue or if we have to reach out to them again.
@Justin ... Looks like Bluebeam released a new updated to their 2018 release. I'm looking through the installation logs and do not see any mention of the multiple language offerings. Is there a tool we can use to evaluate the MSP logic or can you do a quick log to see if this update might now be compatible.
After following up with Bluebeam support says they are working on resolving this issue finally...No ETA though. Assuming they fix the MSP to be proper would it being packaged as a zip also cause an issue? Wondering if we should ask now that they also post not as a zip since it will take time to convince them I bet.
Installers can be obtained from https://support.bluebeam.com/updates/. Software requires activation code and serial number to be used, but this info can be entered after installation, or during install using command-line arguments.

Also note there is a new OCR Module, see deployment guide, link above.

Moving back to noted, it seems they offer the full MSI installers for each update, we may be able to upgrade using those MSIs.
I'd love to see the implemented too if Bluebeam ever figured out how to make their app compatible.
Just following up on this to see if the 2019 updates are supported by PatchMyPC?

It's still an invalid schema.

This product isn't compatible due to vendor installer issues. More details at https://patchmypc.com/forum/index.php?topic=1367.msg7784#msg7784
