While a chocolatey package exists for this software, I'll point out the community-managed package seems to "manually" install the software with a script by creating folders, registry keys, copying files, create Windows service (using nssm!) and create the virtual NIC by calling vpncmd_x64.exe. This is generally behaviour you would expect from the installer itself.
At this time we require single file installers that must provide controls for silent installation and reboot behaviour. The Patch My PC Publisher does not yet have the capability to perform so much pre-processing server and client side.
From my research it seems the vendor's installer does not yet support silent installation.
