Restart app that was closed as a conflicting process if previously running Merged

Would be nice to have a feature to automatically restart an app that was closed due to conflicting process.


Ex: user is signed into box and PMPC prompts user to close box to update, currently box does not re-launch without a custom post script or the user manually re-launching the application
