We are in a co-managed environment and having a user based install update for zoom would be of great help as we are not fully using intune yet. Putting out there but I am betting I do not see it because sccm updates all run at the system level.
You are correct, updates through WSUS will not work with user based applications because they run as SYSTEM. We do have the user based version of Zoom available as an application in ConfigMgr, if you push that version to users, it should update existing installations, the harder part is targeting.
