In some cases, it might be useful to have the ability to change whatever arguments are specified in the default command line by Patch My PC.

Using this to make system wide installs interactive would not work in most cases - Intune would still hide the installer in session 0. ConfigMgr would make it visible if launched manually by the user in Software Manager (which I consider a bug, since there's an interactive checkbox to control this behaviour).
However there are situations where one would want to replace, rather than append to our default args. Most installers are fine if you specify the same arg twice, but not all.
This would be great for applications such as Wireshark that have a component requiring manual installation. Turning off the quiet switch would allow the interface to display and let the user manually install the component.
This would be beneficial to change some of the semi-silent parameters in some of the installations where the default hard-coded parameter being used is "/qb" instead of "/qn".
