We have a large Company and there is many Accountants that use this software. We do not allow any users to have Admin Credentials for any reason. Currently the Process is for users who need these updates to e-mail the ServiceDesk and have an agent remote in and input the credentials manually.
With intune and PatchMyPC I think this can be done a lot easier, quicker, and more efficiently. As updates come available PatchMyPC can automatically update the PC and free up a good amount of time for ServiceDesk Agents.
