Support products larger than 2GB

Currently, the catalogue can't contain update binaries larger than 2GB. Updates cannot be imported into SCUP if the byte size is larger than [int32]::maxvalue, and SCUP/Publisher cannot publish the update to WSUS because .cab files have a max file size of 2GB.

I would like to see this size limit increase for customers using intune as well. Microsoft can increase the size of uploads to up to 30GBs. It is a simple matter of submitting a support ticket to them and asking them to do so. More and more applications have large updates and this would be of great help to us and other customers.

For customers using Intune exclusively, I'm hopeful that PmPC will consider supporting products/updates larger than 2gb in size. Increasingly, our core applications use cumulative updates that exceed the current 2gb limit. We have had MS increase what Intune can support in anticipation of building large deployments.
