This looks to be a user-level package, if I'm looking at it correctly. We basically cut off the ability to run applications from the user space for our end users as a security measure against malware. It would be great if the install could be configured to install to the Program Files folder.
Isn't that what's it's referencing with the /D switch here?

I've run the command line and do get the installer to install in that location and the uninstall from that specified location works, too.
