Add NVM to Product Catalog

NVM is a very popular Windows node.js version manager. Our developers use it for lots of things, would be nice for it to stay updated.

      NVM is a user-based EXE installer, however it writes the ARP registry key to HKLM instead of HKCU so our detection scripts will not work for this app.

      Support for NVM would be amazing, we are undergoing a large packaging exercise to include all of our Developer persona software & tooling and NVM is one of the most requested packages.
