We already have the "Do not include the version in the application name, so the application name doesn't change after updates" option but it would be nice if we could also exclude the version information from the Deployment Type name.
We have "Jabra Direct" (without the version information in the application name) as a base application but when we run a sync the deployment type name will change from something like "Jabra Direct x.x.x.x" to "Jabra Direct y.y.y.y".
It would be helpful for automation purposes to exclude the version information from the deployment type name.
