Slack per-User EXE installer

While the Slack Deployment Tool MSI installer is machine wide and will install Slack for each user that logs in, even though the Deployment Tool is up to date, it will only take effect when the user logs in.
With the EXE, the update can be simply applied even if the user doesn't log off and in again.
