We uses the Trellix Agent (Formally McAfee), we have a dedicated URL that we can download the agent and place it in the Patchmypc local repo. Just need PatchmyPC to add an entry, though I don't know how you will account for various hashes as the installer appears to be customized for each account...

If the MSI is unique for each account, then I'm afraid this will be a no-go for us with how the system works currently. Our catalog enforces a hash check on each and every download - which is particularly needed for local content repo apps so that we can make sure we are selecting the correct file (as there's no UI to browse for the file).
