Add the ability to create update packages from scratch.
We have applications whose updates are not publicly available for download that we would like to add.
It would be great to be able to create a vendor and product category and add updates (or update templates) ourselves. including applicability and detection rules, etc. Similar to the Authoring mode in SCUP.
@Sean, for the offline content feature (https://patchmypc.com/local-content-repository-for-licensed-applications-that-require-manual-download) the file name + file hash would need to match in order for us to use it.
I would love to see this, too. This software is behind a paywall to download and would probably need to be handled the same way Oracle Java is in PMP currently (which would still be massively helpful).
With the vendor and product category thing: Where you can just do this in SCUP today, what value add are you looking for with PMP? The update catalog from PMP is tested and vetted for us, adding our own stuff into it/modifying it after it comes down would probably make it hard to support.
