Report of upcoming updates before Sync is preformed. Merged

It would be nice to have a report in an email a few hours before a scheduled sync is to take place of all the updates that are going to come down. This would help us see what licensed software updates we would need to upload to the "Local Content Repository" before the sync.

Maybe create a Simulation Sync? That could email a report.?
