There are 2 entries in Winget for this, both currently incompatible with our platform:
Winget has capabilities to unpack a zip file to a folder and set up a bunch of command aliases. There is no installer as such, Winget just has capability to process what's effectively an install script in the package manifest.
MSIX in the Store - MSIX support is being worked on, so this could be added in future!
This is installable from the Microsoft Store, so there's an installer for it:
