PMPC supports updates for Autocad updates. the Identity Manager is a component of Autocad that gets updated as a standalone component.

There is a dependency which is the Autodesk AdODIS. https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-silently-install-Autodesk-AdODIS-installer.html?msockid=29fa83b1e033620b10e79639e11963fd. This installs a service and does not appear in Add/Remove programs. Which is probably why Autodesk Identity Manager is not available.
