We have quite a few systems needing this extension pack and we already use the PMPC application for deploying VirtualBox, so this would help us keep them in lock step as they need to version match.

This is a feature we would also require, as PMP does update VirtualBox with no issue but as the extention pack does not update, leaving the older version in place.
I just want to add that the fact that the extension pack is not included in the cab file with the .exe makes Virtualbox via PatchMyPC useless for us. All of our installs get the extension pack.
I need PMPC to include it in the cab file, and then I should be able to configure it via a post-install script.
The extension pack is available at the same source location as VirtualBox, so for instance, the version PMPC is pushing at the time of this post is 7.0.14.161095 from: https://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/7.0.14/ and the extension pack is available there as https://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/7.0.14/Oracle_VM_VirtualBox_Extension_Pack-7.0.14.vbox-extpack
Post-install, it is configured via the command C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox\VBoxManage.exe" extpack install %extensionpackname%
