Add Cute PDF Writer

We are in Healthcare so data is sensitve (PHI, PII,etc) and we receive PDF's that are encrypted by Cute PDF. Besides being able to view PDF's, cute pdf writer also has the ability to encrypt pdf's and read encrypted PDF's which is vital for us.

    Hi guys,
    The silent switch is back in the installation i found. /silent + /verysilent switch works for CutePDF.

    Could you add it again to patchmypc?
