Reboot devices remotely with customized notifications to end users

I wanted to get the solution which will help us to reboot the devices remotely which are managed by MS Intune and while managing we should be able to reboot those devices remotely with customized message notification to end users and also there should be options to postpone or extend the reboot of device for certain number of time. Once the given number is over or lapsed then device will reboot and also will inform end users to save their work and data that they are working on.
