Currently there are a couple of scenarios in which an option to edit and publish older versions of apps that are already created. Specifically Cisco Anyconnect/Secure Client in this case since they rely on the msi file to sync from a separate share. Also to have the option for n-1 support for Intune updates.
Ultimately after Cisco releases a new version of their apps I'm unable to add any additional pieces to existing deployments that I might want to chage. Be it a pre install/post install script or changing notifications/app dependency characteristics. If I/we could have the option to still modify those older versions of the already deployed app listings in Intune would be great. Even if it were something where we invite the risk upon ourselves by still storing those MSI's in that separate share so that if we no longer intend to modify the listing we can pull the MSI and it'll discontinue those modifications to the existing app listing.
Additionally if a feature could be added to the Intune Updates section that would support automatic N-1 update cadences would also be greatly appreciated. This would allow me to set the minds of external teams at ease knowing that we're patched up, but not right at the bleeding edge where game breaking bugs might be lurking.
Thank you!
