Good News! Microsoft ODBC Driver 11 for SQL Server, Microsoft ODBC Driver 13 for SQL Server, Microsoft ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server, and Microsoft ODBC Driver 18 for SQL Server have been added to the catalog as of today - https://patchmypc.com/patch-my-pc-catalog-update-04-18-23
