Per Application "Do not include the version in application name" Setting Merged

It would be useful to have the "Do not include the version in application name" setting per application as well as the existing global setting. This consequential behaviour of having versions might be desirable for specific applications but not for others.

    I'm going to merge this into another idea. I believe having the option to define a unique application name would accomplish what you need?
