Add Application sourcetree

this is an application that is update monthly that our developers use, and there is no built in auto update functionality built into the product

Add new applications in PMPC

We have configured PatchmyPC in our environment. Please add the following two applications, as PMPC does not support them. Atlassian SourceTree 1.1 Autodesk AutoCAD Architect 24.2 Please let me know if you need more information.
