Let's begin, first off - I hate this software. However, some credit unions and other banking folks mandate that this software has to be installed in order for enterprise access. I suspect other folks at other company may have encountered this software as well, seeing how this software is nearly a decade old.
Installing it seems pretty easy. Uninstalling it is the PITA here. When doing it through the old school way, there is a captcha one has to successfully pass in order to uninstall it.
