Don't know if it's possible, but if it is, it would make sense to update the version of pgJDBC that gets installed with DBeaver to PgJDBC v42.7.5 or higher, as lower versions won't work with pgbouncer (they send an obsolete parameter in connection setup)
it is possible to set up pgbouncer to ignore it, but only if you actually have control of the pgbouncer system
