Configure Software Updates -> Microsoft Updates page work without Internet connection

Microsoft Update display doesn't work now without the clients having direct Internet Access. Microsoft has this ability in the Windows update API, we use it for offline update catalog scanning.

Yes, but the cab can be hosted on a web server (advanced insights server) and clients can use it as a scan point for the latest cab file, so it doesn't need to be copied to all end points. No driver scans would not bother us.

The offline wsusscn2.cab file is too large to reasonably expect all devices to download this. Also, the offline scan doesn't include driver updates.
