Could you please ensure that Advanced Insights does not uninstall if an error occurs during the upgrade process? It would be helpful if it could gracefully handle errors without removing the existing installation.
During the Upgrade process, I discovered that I didn't have the necessary SQL rights. We use a SQL service account for this purpose, and I should have initiated the installation using the SQL service account. Unfortunately, during the rollback process, the installer removed the previous installation of Advanced Insights.
We've made improvements on Pre flight Installs and Upgrade checks.
