Specify SQL Account during Installation and Upgrade

It would be great if there were an option to specify a custom SQL account during both installation and upgrades.
We use a SQL service account for this purpose and it should not have install rights on the server.

      This was shipped in Advanced Insights Version 2.2.1
      No SQL Requirements for Advanced Insights

      An upcoming version of Advanced Insights will drop the requirement for an SQL database for the application config.
