Would also love for this to be added, even if we had to do a manual download.

+1 for ArcGIS Pro... Requires admin to update and is a prime candidate for PMPC.

This should work fine to install the same way we do Forti VPN. The exe unpacks the MSI and the MSI runs as normal. So if we were to unpack the exe and put the MSI in the repository our selves that would work great, same goes for update msp.

These would be fantastic for our organisation, Esri apps are time consuming to package and deploy.

Thanks Jai. What would your opinion be if you had to, with every update, extract the .msp manually and place it in the local content repository? Speaking hypothetically if we added update support for this software to our catalogue - this would likely be the workflow for customers.

So we pulled apart the installer to get that installed, there are smaller .msp files for updating after that.

Let me know if you need a hand

I took a look at Arcgis Pro and it looks like it's a multi-file installer. There's an .exe which unpacks an .msi and several other files and a folder.

I also did not see in their documentation the ability to download (smaller) patch files for the software. It seems software updates are only offered in-app.

At this time, multi-file installers aren't possible and we can only work with single-file installers.

Hopefully someone can help shed some light, whether that's at least confirming my findings or (hopefully) correcting me to help me find a path forward?

Add Arcgis Desktop and Arcgis Pro application

It would be great if you could add the ESRI patches for Arc Desktop and ArcPro to your library.
