Add Custom Apps support for WSUS

We use Patch my PC with WSUS. According to the webinar held on Feb 28, 2024, this feature only supports Config Manager and InTune.

    Yes with just simple Wsus enviroment this is very helpful.

    I think it would be a good feature with orgs looking to move away from SCCM to Intune it allows Servers to atleast still be able to get updates to any custom apps, even if you cant install. We are moving to Azure Arc/WSUS (Servers) and Intune (Workstations) from SCCM so this would fill a gap we now have.
