I attended the demo webinar last week for Custom Apps. Currently Only EU and US regions are supported for Custom apps. For compliance reasons I am only permitted to interact with my own Country's regions. Currently I am hosted in UK West. Therefor I am unable to use the feature until I can have the content hosted in either UK West or UK South.
would also be nice to be able to switch region on the fly
