Currently the Custom App description field only supports ASCII characters. Could you please add support for Unicode characters like german umlauts.
This also applies to german umlauts. Especially when uploading custom apps umlauts break the Apps & Features name which is a big issue for detection.
I am also limited by the lack of this feature as I have certain apps with "ø" in the name.
We'd also really like this feature since we can't write Swedish texts properly (with å,ä,ö) for Company Portal due to the ASCII limiations.
It would also be nice if the upper limit could be increased from 250.
