Allow the option to pre-configure the "Minimum operating system" for Intune within the PatchMyPC Publisher console.

This would be greatly helpful for us, as most of our apps are published using PMP, and changing the minimum operating system manually on every single app takes quite a lot of time. (I say this as I am in the process of updating all of our apps minimum operating system requirement)
