inSync GovCloud typically lags behind inSync Cloud. It would be helpful to have a separate product so we can stay on the GovCloud supported version.

To add some context, sometimes GovCloud is ahead of commercial, more often it's behind and an older commercial version will work for GovCloud but not the newest commercial version. This time there is a newer GovCloud version than commercial. As of today, GovCloud works on Version : inSync8.1.3r111022 but not Version : inSync8.1.3r111021. It also works on Version : inSync7.5.7r110923. Since only the commercial version is in the PMPC catalog, we have had to stop using PMPC for this app.
