Keep Command-Line while uploading new Version of Custom App / Multiple Command Lines for Custom Apps

Hi,

i love the new custom apps feature. but now to my Idea :)

When i'm uploading a new version of an custom app, i'd like to be able to preserve the previously entered commandline in the old version. As of now, i have to copy and enter the command line from the previous version manually.

Also I'd like to be able to create multiple install command lines for an installer, which then results in multiple applications being created. This would help me with installers, which require an token for Site Assignment etc. while only having to upload the installer once.
