Add the option to configure a delay before Publisher updates an existing App or Update in Intune, similar to ConfigMgr apps.

    Delay Application publication for specific applications with the Publisher and Intune.

    I believe delaying some applications is available if using configmgr, but this feature does nto seem to be available if using the patchmypc publisher.
