Using this option, the customers will be able to specify their own code signing certificate.
By doing this, the PMPC scripts used for the detection and requirement rules will be signed with the customer's cert, instead of the PMPC one.
This will not be implemented due to security reasons.
With the On-Prem Publisher, the certificate and its private key is still stored by the customer in their own environment.
With the Cloud Portal, Patch My PC would have to store the certificate and its private key, which introduces security concerns.
