Add support for GCC High for Patch My PC Cloud Merged

Currently cannot register the Patch My PC app to my GCC High tenant to be able to log in to the Patch My PC Cloud Portal

    This would be a great feature to have. Patch My Pc already has it set to where we can add apps to our GCC High tenant using Publisher. so you're more than 1\2 way there.
