Currently Publisher sends a webhook notification when creating a new app, and newly created apps are shown in the email report.
PMPC Cloud only send notifications when existing deployments are updated at 2AM.
Currently the email report isn't including recently enabled apps. The email doesn't need to be real-time like the webhook, but including them in the nightly would be good for organizations that have multiple people responsible for enabling/configuring updates.
