Apps with a "latest" product should also have a named version of the latest Merged

EDIT: Sounds like this isn't intentional and a product for node.js 22 is being added. In that case this is likely a non-issue as long as we continue to have the "latest" and latest versions available as separate products.


Currently there are a good amount of apps with a "latest" product, which is great. However, there are some situations where we want people to be on the latest minor version but we don't want everyone to be upgraded to the latest major version.


This idea is to request that all apps with a "latest" product have an additional product created for that specific major latest version.


For example, node.js has a latest version of 22. An additional product should be created so we can update clients on v22 without having to upgrade others that may be on another major version.
