Exclude vendor from auto-publishing - point-in-time vs going-forward

Currently if you choose to exclude a vendor from auto-publishing rules, it is a point-in-time operation, ie only affecting the products supported at that time by PMPC. If PMPC subsequently adds support for new products from that vendor, those products are not auto-excluded.

A useful option would be to allow exclusion by vendor, not just for current products by that vendor, but all future products also.

Background: In our environment we choose not to patch certain types of product automatically, eg some engineering and CAD software, as such changes need to go through change control before we deploy updates. Eg we never tick any Autodesk products in PMPC.

We would love to use the auto-publishing rules in PMPC, but we cannot currently, as it's likely a new product from a vendor could have updates published unexpectedly.
