KeyStore Explorer is already present, but we have a dedicated JDK/JRE deployed and would prefer to not deploy additional java installs

The challenge is that we have no way to distinguish between the two version of KeyStore Explorer from a detection standpoint. They both have the same ARP/registry keys which we use for detection. This would be a good candidate for Custom Apps.
