Ability to set defaults for new deployments in PMPC Cloud Merged

I would like to be able to change the default settings for application deployments. Examples: 64 bit by default where available, having the remove shortcut field checked, conflicting processes options. Ideally I would be able to set these defaults for all new application deployments added.
