Or maybe just be asking elevation never the less we could benefit from the package because most of the users using it have already extended rights or we just give them rights temporarily just for the install so they can use the base app
Maybe like elevating/extending the rights? i think there are tools that can do that also checked chocolatey and they seems todo it through the non administrative install
There must be a way arround this maybe through some app that gives the user quick admin rights just for the install?
would it maybe make sense if pmpc would then prompt the user for admin credentials?
So, I've looked at this app quite a bit, and even though we now support User based installations, this app is going to be a tough solve. This application installs per user, however it also requires Admin permissions to complete installation successfully. This will cause issues for users that do not have admin rights to the machines where this application is targeted.
why not supporting per user installers?

We can re-evaluate it if they add support in the future.
