Managing Conflicting Processes per application

I've run into a situation where I need the Managing Conflicting Processes notification to be different than the default message. Please add the ability to customize the notification message per application.

I've also been asked to provide notification to users when certain applications are being updated. The best way to notify could be the use of the MCP notification. This would notify users, but also let them feel as though they have some control.
