PureRef is used as a clipboard of sorts for reference images, its commonly used by artists to have all their relevant reference photos in a separate window that can easily be modified, and copied out to any program they are working with.
Packaging Notes: The download IS free, but you have to set the custom amount to $0. The direct Download URLs have a key that i assume will only allow for limited number of .exe downloads. Shouldn't be an issue as you only need to download it once.
Software only receives infrequent updates, and can install over old versions without issues.
