Allow Parameters to Pre & Post Install Scripts Merged

To match the feature set from the old console, when adding in a new application and setting a Install/Uninstall pre/post script we would like the ability to add in arguments/parameters for each of these scripts and also the ability to utilise the dynamic variables that the old console provided such as %ProductName% , %Version%
