Consider modeless rather than modal windows when scanning for supported apps.

Can you please consider using modeless windows when you either:

  • Connect the ConfigMgr to determine installed vs PmPC supported apps

  • Connect to Intune using the API to determine installed vs PmPC supported apps.

These modal windows are spawned when you click on the "database icon" on the "Updates", "ConfigMgr apps", "Intune apps" and "Intune updates" tabs in the publisher. In all cases the spawned windows does not allow for any other publisher interactions until the modal windows has been dismissed.

The Intune analysis takes 10 minutes in my environment and even after the report is displayed, I am unable to toggle between the list and the main publisher window to do any work.
